MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwired – Sept. 22, 2015) – SIRIOS (TSX VENTURE:SOI) announces that it is currently undertaking diamond drillings on the Cheechoo gold property as promised from its three-year plan which anticipates 15,000 metres of drilling in the first year (reference to press release June 10, 2015).

Fieldworks of stripping and trenching as well as complementary geochemical sampling of soil and till are underway concurrently with drillings. Over four hundred samples of soil, till and rock were collected and are currently being prepared for assays. These samplings will allow to validate and to confirm several established drilling targets with different techniques as well as to generate others in new sectors of the property.

The three-year plan of Sirios aims to move forward quickly the project from the exploration stage to the development one in order to offer an optimal return for the shareholders.

The Cheechoo gold project is located in James Bay, Quebec, 800 km north of Montreal and less than10 km from the Éléonore gold mine of the producer Goldcorp. The property is accessible by road and, if required, may also be connected to the Quebec’s hydro-electric network.

Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
