MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwire – April 7, 2010) – SIRIOS RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:SOI) has started diamond drilling on its PHOENIX gold property, in the Chibougamau region – Chapais, Quebec. One hole will test a 200-metre long significant gold, silver and copper soil anomaly. The PHOENIX property holds several gold, silver and copper occurrences including three high grade boulders assaying up to 87.5 g/t in gold (2.6 ounces per ton), 57.0 g/t in silver and 18.0 % in copper.

SIRIOS signed an agreement with prospectors which would allow the company to completely acquire the PHOENIX property. It consists of 31 claims covering an area of 7.3 km2. It is easily accessible by road and is located a couple of kilometres from the Chapais municipality, in Quebec. Refer to the February 2nd, 2010 press release for more information.
