MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwire – Oct. 21, 2009) – SIRIOS RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:SOI) and DIOS EXPLORATION INC. (TSX VENTURE:DOS) received results from the re-assays of the pegmatite grab samples that graded more than 2.15% Li2O, superior limit of the first assay announced on August 5th. These samples are from the joint property PONTAX – Lithium in James Bay, Quebec.

The six re-assayed rock samples graded from 2.5% up to 5.4% Li2O as shown below :

                     Grab samples :

                sample # Li2O %
                -------- ------
                55520562 4.08
                854457 2.71
                854458 2.90
                854459 5.46
                854460 4.02
                854461 2.56

The samples were also assayed for numerous elements and graded between 305 and 1,990 ppm(i), averaging 911 ppm in rubidium (Rb); from 12 up to 79 ppm, averaging 43 ppm in tantalum (Ta); from 37 up to 330 ppm averaging 127 ppm in cesium (Cs) and from 26 up to 97 ppm, averaging 54 ppm in niobium (Nb).

(i) : ppm : parts-per-million, 10,000 ppm equals 1%

SIRIOS & DIOS now await a large amount of assay results from the encouraging drilling and channel sampling programs recently completed and announced last week (10/15/2009 press release).

A strict QA/QC program was followed which included mineralized standards and blanks for each batch of samples which were assayed at the Lakefield SGS laboratories. Sodium peroxide was used to dissolve the samples and were assayed by ICP-AES and ICP-MS techniques for 55 elements. Lithium assays results were converted into Li2O % (1% Li equals 2.15% Li2O).
