SIRIOS RESOURCES INC.: Strategic Alliance With AMAZONIA
MINERACAO of Brazil
MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA–Officers of SIRIOS RESOURCES INC. are
pleased to announce that SIRIOS and AMAZONIA MINERACAO LTDA,
(“Amazonia”), a private corporation of Brazil, have agreed to
enter into a strategic alliance to explore and develop high grade
gold deposits with near term production potential in Brazil.
A letter of intent has been signed by both parties to define the
general terms of the strategic alliance. The agreement between
SIRIOS and Amazonia is subject to certain conditions, to
successful completion of a due diligence by SIRIOS and to Board’s
approval. Both parties have agreed to conclude a definitive
agreement as soon as possible. Agreements on specific Brazilian
projects will be announced in the near future.
Dominique Doucet, President and CEO of SIRIOS, said that :”the
alliance with Amazonia is a major turning point for SIRIOS as it
will now focus on exploring and developing high grade gold
deposits with near term production potential in Brazil and Canada.

grade gold discovery in Quebec. SIRIOS is also the major
shareholder of DIOS EXPLORATION INC. (TSX – DOS) a leader in
diamond exploration in the Otish Mountains area, Quebec.
