MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwire – Feb. 2, 2010) – SIRIOS RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:SOI) announces the signing of an agreement with prospectors which would allow SIRIOS to completely acquire the PHOENIX property in the Chibougamau region – Chapais, Quebec. This property holds several gold, silver and copper occurrences including three high grade boulders discovered in 2007. Seven assays were conducted on the boulders and yielded up to 87.5 g/t in gold (2.6 ounces per ton), 57.0 g/t in silver and 18.0 % in copper, as shown in the table below. The blocs are angular thus suggesting the proximity of their source. Moreover, the 2008 sampling of around 500 soil samples delineated a significant gold, silver and copper anomaly. This anomaly, which has a minimum length of 200 metres, remains unexplained and will be tested through drilling by SIRIOS in the coming weeks.

The vendors keep a 2% Net Smelter Return, half of which (1%) is purchasable at any time by SIRIOS for one million dollars ($1M). The property consists of 31 claims covering an area of 7.3 km2.
