MONTREAL, QUEBEC–(Marketwire – Jan. 17, 2011) – SIRIOS RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:SOI) has newly appointed Mr. Frederic Sahyouni as Chief Financial Officer and secretary of the company, whereas Mr. Dominique Doucet remains President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Sahyouni holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the John Molson School of Business of Concordia University in Montreal. For nearly three years, he has acted as assistant to the president of Sirios, handling, among other things, the company’s finances and investor communications.
During the first meeting of 2010-2011, held this morning, the Board of Directors also formed the audit committee and the compensation committee as presented below:
