Sirios Signing a Letter of Intent With an Internet
Company
MONTREAL, QUEBEC–Officers of SIRIOS RESOURCES INC. (“SIRIOS”) are
pleased to announce they have negociated a letter of intent with a
privately owned company providing in e-commerce, B2B (“business to
business”) and integrated system software and services.
Negociations are under way to determine the final structure of the
partnership between both companies and to execute a final
agreement on or before mid-April. This final agreement shall let
actual SIRIOS’ shareholders maintain ownership on their mining
assets and all exploration activities shall continue as expected.
Dominique Doucet, President of SIRIOS, declared: “We are excited
with this business opportunity to join forces with a young company
which has the potential to make a major mark on the business side
of the Internet. SIRIOS understands the Internet’s potential and
a partnership with an e-commerce and high technology company is
clearly in the best interest of its shareholders.”
The agreement is subject to the boards of directors and
shareholders’ approval of both companies as well as regulatory
authorities.
