MONTREAL, QUEBEC, CANADA–(Marketwire – June 5, 2008) – As soon as beginning the 2008 prospecting program SIRIOS RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:SOI) and DIOS EXPLORATION INC. (TSX VENTURE:DOS) confirmed in the field the strike length of the “A” zone over 5 km. The “A” zone is a linear uraniferous spectrometric anomaly which corresponds to an east-west outcropping unit over more than 5 km. It is characterized high U/Th ratios (ref.: 04/09/2008 Press Release). The prospecting of the 3 km long part, which was not covered last year in the field, was done in the last few days. The “A” zone is now characterized by continuous high radioactive counts per seconds (cps) measured on an almost continuous outcropping surface up to 36,000 cps over a 5 km strike length and a 0.2 to 0.6 km width.

Some thirty basement rock samples were taken last Fall on the western part of the “A” zone over a 2 km strike length and a 600 m width. The samples graded up to 2.064% U3O8 including 5 samples greater than 0.20% U3O8 (in a 200 m long area) and 10 samples with grades higher than 0.10% U3O8 (ref.: 02/26/2008 Press Release).

A Rossing-type high tonnage low-grade uranium model is considered in association with numerous anatexis-granites within the LaGuiche Basin paragneisses. Up to date the property hosts five first priority helicopter-borne spectrometric anomalous zones with good Uranium/Thorium ratios in association with structural features.

A detailed helicopter-borne radiometric and magnetic survey will be carried our over the new parts of the property. As previously released a drilling program will test the “A” zone in the near future.

Following recent results, new claims were added to the UPINOR property which totals now 780 claims covering approximately 400 square km including 131 pending claims. The property is located about 20 kilometers north of the Opinaca Nord uranium project and about 50 km south of the all weather road Trans-Taiga, James Bay, Quebec. The UPINOR project is held by SIRIOS in a 50-50 partnership with DIOS EXPLORATION INC., and DIOS is the operator. SIRIOS holds approximately 4% of the share capital of DIOS.

Field work is being carried out by IOS Services Geoscientifiques Inc., Saguenay, Quebec
